Through results-oriented discussions and team building I am successful at authoring requirement definitions and gaining consensus across internal departments. Furthermore, I am highly effective at managing vendors to secure their optimal participation and output.
A common thread in my career has been working outside of my comfort zone to develop new skills and adapt to business requirements. In rapid response to changing corporate mission, critical new systems, and federal compliance, I research and develop solutions that have required a good deal of self-teaching for technical and business initiatives to be successful.
