As an IT professional with career experience in global finance and new business launch arenas, I have gained a skillset that is readily adaptable into your organization. My employers have leveraged my experience in supporting IT operations and business operations alike.

A clear communicator, I effectively bridge the gap between technical, non-technical, and senior level stakeholders. Through results-oriented discussions and team building I am successful at authoring requirement definitions and gaining consensus across internal departments. Furthermore, I am highly effective at managing vendors to secure their optimal participation and output.

A common thread in my career has been working outside of my comfort zone to develop new skills and adapt to business requirements. In rapid response to changing corporate mission, critical new systems, and federal compliance, I research and develop solutions that have required a good deal of self-teaching for technical and business initiatives to be successful. I embrace change and thrive on the opportunities it presents. My enthusiasm is contagious and allows me to effectively mentor others in supporting groups.

Experience

I began my career with a web hosting provider, 1&1 Internet (now Ionos), managing a team dedicated to Linux server support. I moved on to JPMorgan, where I worked on a specialized team to support high impact financial trading technology. While there, I also worked on a team supporting financial reconciliations. My most recent career endeavor is with the University of Delaware as a Data Analyst supporting REDCap.
